Classes focus on mobility, flexibility, bone strength and bone health with each participant having the option to remain seated or standing during the one hour class. Various forms of equipment are used to aid and benefit the strength and mobility of each of the participants with each exercise having various adaptations to suit the particular needs of each individual.
